WDBA is getting geared up to host the 2009 Rainier Dragon Boat Festival in Tacoma, Washington on Saturday, May 16th. This venue is the first sanctioned race in the Pacific Northwest for the 2009 season and is a great way to introduce any new paddlers to the sport.
